Praise is a choice, an act of faith

Praise - is a choice, an act of faith

1 Peter 1:3-5
What a God we have! And how fortunate we are to have him, this Father of our Master Jesus! Because Jesus was raised from the dead, we've been given a brand-new life and have everything to live for, including a future in heaven—and the future starts now!  God is keeping careful watch over us and the future. The Day is coming when you'll have it all—life healed and whole.

God deserves our praise, regardless of what is going on right now.  I believe choosing to praise God is an act of faith.

Hebrews 11:
The fundamental fact of existence is that this trust in God, this faith, is the firm foundation under everything that makes life worth living. It's our handle on what we can't see.
- Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
On Sunday I shared briefly my experience in learning to trust God, despite my circumstances. And how I needed to be reminded of this fundamental fact of existence recently.

I believe God will honour his word to us. So let's articulate and express our thanks to him as we lead up to whakamoemiti
