Aaron Hardy   Aaron is part of leading Te Rautini as part of Kaitiaki and is specifically tasked with looking at the direction of the church, preaching, and the creative team. He is deeply passionate about Aotearoa, the land and her story. He is a strong advocate for cultural reconciliation and authentic engagement with te reo Maaori, tikanga Maaori and the Maaori story as part of being in New Zealand. As an expression of this, Aaron is part of leading a team of musicians and song writers to write music that is authentic to Aotearoa. Aaron is married to the beautiful Te Ata (Ngaati Maahanga) and they have a stunning little girl Taakirikoteata.

Ritane & Tequila Warahi   Ritane (Ngati Tuwharetoa) and Tequila Warahi (Ngati Kahungunu) have been saved, married and baptised at Te Rautini. They have two boys Kingston and Journey. They are passionate about manaakitanga and what it means to be fully Maori and fully followers of God. They both run a raranga (home group) and are passionate about authentic relationships.

Andy & Jo Mannering   Andy and Jo got married in 2005 and have two amazing boys, Lachie and Jackson. Jo is a trained primary school teacher, and Andy works in the area of community development. They love people and are passionate about making people's lives better at every opportunity.

Hannah Harris-Finnigan   Hannah Finnigan is a Taranaki girl who first ventured to Kirikiriroa to study Community Psychology. She is deeply passionate about people connecting to God, each other and the story of Aotearoa. Te Rautini was the first place all she had studied collided with a missional faith, and it's been home ever since. Hannah is deeply passionate about connections, both to ideas and to people.

Toia Chase   Ko Tūwharetoa te iwi. Nō Maketu ahau. Toia has been a counsellor for 18 yrs - working at Single Parent Services Waikato and privately mainly with youth and children. She is passionate about hearing peoples stories and drawing out their gifts and strengths, and supporting them towards their dreams. Toia is involved in the music and manaaki teams.
